When checking a contractor

- Site-specific requirements must be checked
- Documents need to be current when the job starts

Health & safety policy
In progressOur health and safety policy and procedures are being put in place ahead of trading.
RAMS and COSHH assessments
Every jobRisk assessments, method statements and COSHH assessments are prepared for each job and issued before work starts.
SSIP accreditation (for example CHAS)
In progressWe are working towards SSIP-recognised health and safety accreditation. This page will be updated when it is awarded.
Constructionline
In progressRegistration is being prepared. We will update this page when it is complete.
Buyers deserve a straight answer.
Pre-qualification exists for good reasons. If a contract needs an accreditation we do not yet hold, we would rather you knew now than after a site visit. Ask us for our current documentation at any time.
