Hotel decorating, planned around occupancy.

Room blocks, guest routes and public areas need different working windows. We agree the areas to take out of use and the conditions for handing them back before the programme begins.

How is hotel redecoration phased?

Use forecast occupancy to agree room blocks and public-area working windows. The programme must allow for preparation, coating, drying, inspection and return to inventory.

Agree before a phase starts

  • Rooms unavailable during each phase
  • Guest routes and noise-sensitive periods
  • The condition required before rooms return to use

Planned around how your buildings are used.

  1. 01

    Room-block phasing

Floors or room blocks taken out of inventory in agreed sequences, with drying, inspection and return-to-use dates included in the programme.

  2. 02

    Public areas out of hours

Receptions, corridors, restaurants and bars worked overnight or during quiet periods.

  3. 03

    Brand standards

Colours, finishes and details matched to your specification, property after property.

  4. 04

    Guest-facing conduct

Work-area separation, clear signage and an agreed clean-down at the end of each shift.

A refurbishment cycle across the group.

For hotel groups we plan redecoration across the portfolio: each property surveyed, rooms phased around forecast occupancy, and a consistent finish specification applied throughout.

Questions we are asked

Can you work around our occupancy?

Do you work overnight?

Where public areas need it, yes. Working hours are agreed per property before pricing.

Tell us about your sites.

How many sites, where they are, and when the work needs to happen. We will come back to you to arrange a site visit or a programme discussion.
