What we collect
- Enquiry form: your name, email address, organisation, and anything else you choose to provide (phone number, sector, number of sites, locations, timing and your message).
- Basic technical information: the page you submitted from, the referring page and an approximate country, used to understand how enquiries reach us.
- The site assistant: questions typed into “Ask a question” are answered inside your browser from this website’s content. They are not sent to us or stored.
Why we use it
To respond to your enquiry and, where you want to, to arrange a site visit, a quotation or a programme discussion. Our lawful basis is our legitimate interest in responding to business enquiries, or steps taken at your request before entering into a contract. We do not add you to marketing lists from this form, and we do not sell your data.
Who processes it for us
The website is hosted on Cloudflare. Enquiries are saved to the Black Tier group’s own enquiry workspace, in a separate Redmeres record, and confirmation emails are sent through a transactional email provider. These providers act on our instructions.
How long we keep it
We keep enquiry records for 24 months from our last contact, unless a continuing business relationship means we need them for longer, and then delete them.
Your rights
You can ask to access, correct or delete your information, object to how we use it, or ask us to restrict it, and we will respond within one month. You can also complain to the Information Commissioner’s Office (ico.org.uk).
Cookies
This site does not currently set any analytics or advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics in future, nothing will be set until you choose to accept it, and you will be able to change your choice at any time.

About the imagery
The page illustrations on this website are AI-generated images created with OpenAI’s ChatGPT image generation. They show fictional settings. They are not photographs of our premises, people, clients, the businesses we own or work we have completed, and each one is labelled as illustrative where it appears.
Illustrations are never used in place of completed work. Project examples are published only once genuine Redmeres jobs are complete and the client has agreed to be featured.
