Redmeres

Planned redecoration

Your whole estate, on one schedule.

A planned programme replaces a string of one-off jobs with a single plan: every site surveyed, scheduled and finished to the same standard.

What should a multi-site programme record?

A programme brings site priorities, specifications, working windows and reporting into one plan. Each building still needs its own survey and agreed scope.

A programme record includes

  • A site-by-site condition and scope record
  • A schedule linked to access and operating needs
  • An agreed finish reference and handback record

What an estate-wide programme brings together.

  1. 01

    An estate-wide survey

Each site recorded once — condition, surfaces, access, use — so priorities are based on evidence, not on which manager asks first.

  2. 02

A schedule that fits your year

Sites timed around occupancy, trading patterns, holidays and closures, agreed with you in advance.

  3. 03

    One finish standard

A specification per client, so colours, products and quality are consistent from the first site to the last.

  4. 04

    Reporting in one place

Progress, completions and snag close-out per site, so you can see the programme at a glance.

From survey to the next cycle.

  1. Survey the estate

We visit each site and record what needs doing and when it can be done.

  2. Agree priorities and standard

Together we set the order of sites and the specification.

  3. Price and schedule

Quotations per site or phase, laid out across the year.

  4. Deliver site by site

Each site phased around its occupants, with a named contact throughout.

  5. Review and plan the next cycle

At the end of the year we review what worked and plan the next round.

Illustrative programme: each row is a site and each column a month. Every site’s working window is agreed in advance around how the building is used.

On planned programmes

How many sites do we need for a programme?

There is no minimum. A programme simply means planning the work across more than one site or more than one year, instead of pricing each job in isolation. It becomes more valuable the more sites you have.

Can the programme change once it is agreed?

Yes. Sites can move within the year when your operations change. We re-plan with you and confirm the revised schedule in writing.

How is a programme priced?

Each site or phase is quoted from its survey, so you can see the cost of every building. The programme gives you the full-year picture in advance, which makes budgeting simpler.

Planning next year's redecoration?

How many sites, where they are, and when the work needs to happen. We will come back to you to arrange a site visit or a programme discussion.
