What should the decorating package include?

A clear package sets out scope, preparation, materials, access, programme interfaces and the required documentation. Those details help each party price and plan on the same basis.

A clear package covers

  • Agree interfaces with other trades and site operations
  • Confirm document requirements before mobilisation
  • Record variations, inspections and handover

Planned around how your buildings are used.

  1. 01

    Paperwork before the start

RAMS and COSHH assessments issued for your approval before we mobilise.

  2. 02

    Programme fit

We plan our resource to your programme and tell you early if anything threatens it.

  3. 03

    Reporting

Progress updates in the format you need, and photos of completed areas where useful.

  4. 04

    Clean handover

Snags closed out and areas handed back ready for the next trade or the client.

Planned programmes and refurbishment packages.

We can support planned redecoration programmes across a client's estate, and phased decorating packages on refurbishment projects. Tell us about the contract and we will tell you plainly whether it suits us.

Start with an individual project, review delivery together and then consider the wider estate. A planned programme and repeat cycle are agreed next steps, never assumed from a first enquiry.

Questions we are asked

What do you need from us to price a package?

Drawings or a schedule of areas, the specification, access arrangements and the programme. A site visit helps.

Can you provide RAMS for approval?

Yes, for every package, before we start.

Tell us about your sites.

How many sites, where they are, and when the work needs to happen. We will come back to you to arrange a site visit or a programme discussion.
