Redmeres

Sectors · Public sector

Public buildings, with honest readiness.

Public-sector work is won through tenders and pre-qualification. We show you exactly where Redmeres stands, so you can judge the fit quickly.

What is needed before a public-sector package starts?

The buyer’s procurement, documentation and site requirements need to be met. Redmeres will identify what it holds and what is still in progress before committing to the package.

Check before committing

  • Pre-qualification and contract requirements
  • Job-specific documentation and approvals
  • An agreed scope, programme and handover standard

Planned around how your buildings are used.

  1. 01

    Tender requirements

We respond to what a tender actually asks for, and say early if we cannot meet it.

  2. 02

    Documentation

We confirm which documents are held at enquiry stage. Job-specific RAMS and COSHH assessments must be agreed before mobilisation; the standards page records current readiness.

  3. 03

    Social value

Where a contract asks for it, we will set out what Redmeres can realistically commit to.

  4. 04

    Accreditations

See our standards page for the current status of each accreditation.

Directly, or through the supply chain.

Many public-sector decorating contracts are delivered through FM providers and main contractors. We are glad to work that way as a subcontractor while our own pre-qualification builds up.

Questions we are asked

Are you on any public-sector frameworks?

Not yet. As a new company, we are putting our accreditations in place first. We will update this page as that changes.

Can you provide documents for a pre-qualification questionnaire?

Ask us — we will send what we hold and tell you plainly what is still in progress.

Tell us about your sites.

How many sites, where they are, and when the work needs to happen. We will come back to you to arrange a site visit or a programme discussion.
