Healthcare estates, approached properly.

Healthcare work carries extra requirements, and we would rather be honest about them. We are putting the accreditations in place; our standards page shows where each one stands today.

Can Redmeres meet a healthcare contract’s requirements?

Requirements must be checked before any commitment. Redmeres is new, is not currently on NHS frameworks and is putting its documentation and accreditations in place.

Check before committing

  • Share the tender or main-contractor requirements
  • Check current readiness on the standards page
  • Confirm site controls with the responsible estates team

How we approach healthcare work.

Healthcare and NHS opportunities usually come through the supply chain or a tender process. We are building towards them step by step — accreditations first — and we will tell you plainly whether we can meet a contract's requirements before you invest time in us.

Questions we are asked

Are you on NHS frameworks?

Not at present. Redmeres is a new company and is putting its accreditations in place first. Our standards page shows the current status.

Can you work as a subcontractor on healthcare projects?

Yes, where the main contractor's requirements can be met. Ask us for our current documentation.

Tell us about your sites.

How many sites, where they are, and when the work needs to happen. We will come back to you to arrange a site visit or a programme discussion.
