Redmeres

How we work

From first visit to sign-off.

A clear sequence, written down, so you always know what happens next and who to speak to.

What happens between survey and sign-off?

The survey informs a written scope and specification, then a quotation and programme. Before starting, site requirements are checked; each phase ends with inspection, snagging and agreed handback.

The three checkpoints

  • Survey and define the work
  • Agree access, controls and the programme
  • Inspect, record and hand back each area

Six steps, every time.

  1. Enquiry

You tell us about the sites, the work and the timing.

  2. Site visit or programme discussion

We see the buildings, how they are used and when work can happen.

  3. Scope and specification

Surfaces, preparation, products, finishes and access, agreed in writing.

  4. Quotation and programme

A quotation per site or phase, and a schedule built around your operations.

  5. Delivery

RAMS and COSHH issued, areas protected, work phased, progress reported.

  6. Snagging and sign-off

A joint walk-round, snags closed out, and a signed handover.

What you can expect from us.

    Protected, tidy sites

Protection laid, work areas separated, clean at the end of each shift.

  4. 04

    Honest updates

If something changes — access, conditions, timing — you hear it from us first.

Questions to agree before work starts

On working with us

How quickly can you visit?

We arrange site visits around your availability. Tell us your timing in the enquiry form and we will work to it where we can.

Who will be our point of contact?

A named Redmeres contact from the first visit to sign-off, who knows your sites and your programme.

Tell us about your sites.

How many sites, where they are, and when the work needs to happen. We will come back to you to arrange a site visit or a programme discussion.
