Redmeres was set up to do one thing well: look after the interiors of buildings that are in use every day, for organisations that run more than one of them.
That means care groups, hotel and restaurant groups, leisure operators, schools and trusts, and public-sector estates — plus the FM companies and main contractors who manage buildings on their behalf. The work is planned, repeatable and done around the people using the building.
We are new, and we say so. Rather than claim a history we do not have yet, this site sets out how we work, what we are putting in place, and where our accreditations stand today.

Redmeres Ltd is wholly owned by Black Tier Capital Ltd, an investment and acquisition group focused on construction and building-services businesses in and around London. Shaun Yendall is the director of Redmeres.
Redmeres is being built around a documented way of working, a single enquiry and project record, and clear client reporting. Those systems support the programme; site-specific requirements still need to be agreed.
